Project Rationale • Countries/organisations throught the world are dissatisfied with the performance of their health sectors. • We will not improve the level of satisfaction; • We will not enhance health gain nor health care with better leaders and better leadership; • Leadership can be learned and/or developed, • Project to create trained men & women, comfortable, confident and competent to lead, manage & govern.

LMG Vision Through embracing the principles of country ownership, gender equity, and evidence-driven approaches, the LMG project seeks to create a world in which inspired leadership, sound management, and transparent governance lead to better health outcomes for all, including vulnerable populations worldwide.

Terms and Budget • Project period January 2012-2013 • Obligated amount for 5 years $ 2,474,587 inclusive 20% cost share. • Obligated amount 2012 $ 517,009 inclusive 20% cost share. • Payments on cost-disbursment basis • Reporting & re-imbursements done quartely • Time spent must be backed time sheet.
