  2. Anti-Banner is a great feature within the Kaspersky Total Security program to block the Ad banner on website. Banner-ads are the most irritating thing when we work online. This really distracts us from our work. So, why not to use Anti-Banner feature to get rid of this problem? Let's see how this can be sued: 

  3. Enable or disable anti-banner 1. Turn on your computer and double-click on the Kaspersky application icon on the desktop. 2. Move to Settings charm after opening the main profile and then navigate to Protection option. 3. Now, activate Anti-Banner by turning on the toggle button from Off position. 4. Close the window by clicking on top-right icon of cross. 

  4. Using the standard list of banners Kaspersky Lab professionals keep a list of ad banner which can be blocked by Anti-Banner. This list of ad banner wildcards is consisted in the application installer. This is set to ON by default however, you can change the mode by following these steps: 1. Open Kaspersky Total Security antivirus on your computer. 2. Now, move to Settings charm so that you can navigate to the Protection section. 3. Click Anti-Banner to switch the toggle button to ON. 4. Now, in the Scan Methods category, put the checkmark on the box "Use the banner list of Kaspersky Total Security". 5. Close the window when done. 

  5. Using the list of blocked and allowed URLs Certain URLS can be blocked or allowed by Anti-Banner by creating a list. To do this, follow given steps: 1. Move to Settings window in the Kaspersky Total Security. 2. Go to Protection and then Anti-Banner. 3. Locate Scan methods option, click on "Resolve IP addresses to domain names" to avoid duplicates in the blocked URLs list. 

  6. 4. From the Additional section, click on the check box that says "Use the list of blocked URLs" and "Use the list of allowed URLs". 5. Select both the links under Add banner address manually. 6. On the next window, click Add. Enter the domain name in the Address Mask. 7. Click on Active and then select Add. 8. Close the window when all the settings are done.
