2. Set-up for New Year and Registration • Copy from previous year • System preferences • Age-up • Set Directory • Team info • Add and Modify Athletes • Create and Export Athlete report for registration

3. New or Copied Team File for New Year File Open / New

4. Select Set-up from Main Menu Preferences System Preferences System and Meet Adjust Age-up Date Click on Age-up to adjust ages Then Click on OK

5. Select Set-up from Main Menu Preferences Directory Preferences Set Directory

6. Select Team from Main Menu Add to add a team Edit to modify current team

7. Select Athletes from Main Menu Click on Show Inactive Swimmers Uncheck all Active Swimmers Check Active Swimmers

8. Select Add or Edit ID is built from Birth Date, 3 Characters of 1st name, MI and 1st 4 characters of last name (Used for year-round swimmers) Name, Birth Date, Full Address and Phone number required Make sure and select Team Click on Use Sibling Information when entering brothers and sisters

9. Registration Report can be created by selecting Set-up from Main Menu Custom Layout for Athlete Reports Add Layout and copy in columns First Name MI Last Name Primary Home Phone Primary Address Primary City Primary State Primary Postal Code Athlete’s Birth Date

10. Select Reports from Main Menu Athletes Custom Layout – AAU Create Report

11. Click on Export And select Microsoft Excel Options click OK Then specify name and folder to save Excel Use Excel spreadsheet to import to AAU registration web site (can also use to post to GASL as roster)

12. Set-up and Entries for Meets • Add a Meet • Copy Events • Add Athletes to Meet • Meet Reports • Export Entries

13. Create a Meet Select Meets from Main Menu

14. Select Add Enter Meet Name, Course (Y or S) and Date of Meet

15. Select Events Copy Events Select a previous yard meet (or meter if meters selected) Select Copy Options Both OK

16. Select Meet Entries Entry by Name Select Team and Show Relay Entries Check Events for Swimmer Move to next Swimmer

17. Entry by Event Relays – Drag swimmers to relay

18. Entry Report Sorted by Name Select Individuals and Relays

20. Entry Report Sorted by Event

22. Export Meet Entries

23. Save Entries to Folder Use My Computer to find entry file and email to other team

24. Championship Meet Reports • Import Standards • Meet Entries for Gold, Silver and Bronze • Top Times • Number of Meets Attended

25. Select Standards from Main Menu Import Standards Select STD file

26. Add Meet Select Yards or Meters depending on pool Make sure and check enforce Qualifying Time

27. Select Events Copy Events Select a previous yard Championship meet (or meter if meters selected) If Bronze, make sure and copy from previous Bronze because has less events Select Copy Options Both OK

28. Edit Select Standard Select Designation (Gold, Silver or Bronze)

29. Top Times Report Select Reports from Main Menu Performance Top Times Use to determine which Championship Meet swimmer qualifies for

31. Number of Meets Attended Select Reports from Main Menu Performance Number of Meets Attended
