  6. NEXT STEP # 2What can you stop doing in order to focus on deepening mutual hospitality? Rex, Dee, Mary, and Leonard Who? By when? October 15 What did you do? Decided to stop the monthly meal Results? Stopped the meal. Integrated 10 new people into our team. Took 3 months to decide.

  7. NEXT STEP # 3Organize evangelism training for church members Who? Dee, Randy and Donna By when? October 15 Worked with community members to develop welcome training. Took 1 month to develop and deliver. What did you do? Results? All congregation leaders were trained and covenant signed.

  8. NEXT STEP # 4Deployed Newly Trained Leaders Randy, Leonard, Donna, Dee Who? By when? October 30 13 people arrived by 9 am on two consecutive Sundays What did you do? Trinity people learned the names and stories of the men who were homeless. Invited men to come to Sunday School with them.12 came to Sunday School after 2 weeks of engagement. Results?
