  2. You can now simply start/join a video call in Gmail. You only need to go through this blog and follow the steps one by one for starting or joining the face to face video calls in Gmail. For starting or joining the video call in Gmail; • On android • You need to first of all, move to the meet tab in Gmail app. • After doing so, you are required to go to my meetings section. • There, you are suggested to then give a tap on upcoming meeting. • After that, you can easily join the new call in Gmail. • Next, if you want to organize the meeting, then you need to now move to new meeting option. • There, you are required to then give a click on anyone option given there from get a meeting link to share, start an instant meeting, schedule in Google calendar. • Thus, you have to select any one from the respective and then join the meeting by entering the specific code.

On computer • You have to first of all, check for the system requirements. • After that, you need to allow for the computer’s camera and then give a click on microphone (allowed). • After doing so, you have to then move to the settings and then turn on the permissions for your respective camera & microphone.

On iPhone/iPad • In Gmail, you have to first of all, move to the meet tab. • After doing so, you are required to then move to the meeting calendar. • Next, you need to give a click on upcoming meeting for joining it. • Now, after doing so, you will find three options, just select one accordingly for the call. • Finally, after choosing so, you will give a click on join a meeting option. • Next, you need to then write the code in the given space for joining the video call.
