Mobile Network is not a split network any more. • It would be a part of Internet
Challenges in Mobile Internet • the mobility in heterogeneous Network with the services continuity • Scenarios: LTE / WiFi /WiMAX? • 3GPP choose “Loose couple” between 3GPP Network and Non-3GPP network. However, It would be difficult to keep the services continuity. • IEEE 802.21 try to define a mechanism for handover in heterogeneous network. However, it is hard to be accepted by 3GPP. • User capacity and Always on • Looking for new business model for the convergence of Mobile network and Internet
