Rethink • Decouple ADPNet membership from LOCKSS Alliance membership. • Tie membership fees to consumption of resources. • Differentiate levels of membership based on storage needs and desire to host a node and oversee network. • Freeze LA fee total for ADPNet. • Include cost of technical infrastructure in fees. • No loopholes.
