All Directors of Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd are unpaid volunteers The objectives of the company are: “..to encourage the development of small and medium sized businesses in this community thereby creating employment and providing a focus for the social and economic regeneration”

The Park - so far... • 1986 : TeP formed to acquire Park from IDB • 1987 : Bus Plan agreed and Finance sourced • 1988 : Phase 1 Building constructed • 1989 : Phase 1 fully let • 1993 : Phase 2 planned

Phase 3 All Directors of Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd are unpaid volunteers and are also Directors of CORE-VISION Ltd. Directors can also act as contractors on CORE-VISION Ltd projects and are paid professional fees on an agreed basis for this work. All profits generated by CORE-VISION Ltd are gift aided to Townsend Enterprise Park Ltd to assist in meeting the objectives of the company. Property Management
