Decreasing births < 39 weeks gestation without medical indication and improving birth registry accuracy project …The Rest of the Story… Your Team Storyboard Instructions and Tips for Success
Sharing Our Successes • You will have the chance to share your work with all the teams in Wave One….and learn about other teams’ progress. • Use the 4 slides in this outline to create a conclusion to your storyboard that describes your team’s work and improvements since the Learning Session. • These slides should be customized to reflect your team’s efforts. Feel free to insert pictures, graphs and narratives to create a storyboard conclusion that you think best describes your team. • When you are finished adapting these slides, add narrative in the “Add Notes” section of each slide. You will have 2 minutes to review your slides with the group. • Save the slides as a Powerpoint document with your hospital name, such as “BestHosp.Storyboard.ppt” • Send the slides to Beth White and Stephanie Wilson at opqc@cchmc.org by Tuesday, March 11, 2014. They will be inserted in the 3/18/14 Action Period call presentation.
Storyboard Instructions • Your slides will be placed in a group slide deck to be shared on the final group webinar of the project on Tuesday 3/18/14 at noon. You will have 2 minutes to describe the slides as they are shown to the group. • Questions? Contact Beth White at bethewhite@aol.com or 419.343.2166
