two types of coaches • Systems Coaches: Provide technical assistance to Building Leadership Teams on problem-solving, data-based decision-making, accessing resources, and other systems level issues • Instructional Coaches: Provide support to individual teachers on instruction, classroom management, and other classroom-based practices
LEA Coaches • Co-Coaching LEAs (> 4 hrs/month) • Coaching Log • Bi-Monthly Meetings • Filemaker
Systems coach • May be members of District Implementation Team • Liaison between District and School • Ensure fidelity of implementation by Building Leadership Team • May provide professional development
