Brittany Bowe at a glance... • Highlights… • Named to the 2014 U.S Olympic Team • World Record Holder in 1000m (Nov. 2013) • Long track speed skater who competes in the 500m, 1000m and 1500m events • 2013 World Cup ranking - #2, 1000m • 2013 U.S Single Distance Championships (Oct. 2013) gold medalist; 500m, 1000m, 1500m • Points of Interest… • Hailing from the sunshine state, Brittany played every sport, but focused on two of her passions; basketball and skating. • She competed in inline skating winning 32 World Championship medals while also playing Division I basketball at Florida Atlantic University. • At the end of her collegiate career, she had to decide whether or not to pursue a professional basketball career or pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an Olympian which meant switching to speed skating. • In July 2010, Brittany made the switch and moved to Salt Lake City and has become an unstoppable rising star and one to watch in Sochi. • Birth date: 2-24-1988 • Nickname: BBowe • Home Town: Ocala, FL • Other Sports: Basketballand inline skating • College: Florida Atlantic University (2010) • BA in Sociology/Social Science • Facebook: Brittanybowe • Twitter: @Brittanybowe www.ChicagoSEP.com

Patrick Deneen Freestyle Skiing • 2012 Overall World Cup Champion • 2012 FIS Skier of the Year Brittany will begin to train for the upcoming season, but will be in Florida for the next few weeks and will be available for personal appearances, speeches and autograph signings, etc. These appearances can be used to help build business in the following ways: Drive traffic at retail- Brittany can be at retail locations to sign autographs which can be promoted in advance. Business to business events-invite key customers and create a meet and greet event to hear from an Olympian. Employee events- motivate employees as Brittany shares her story about goal setting, achievement, team work, etc. Community events- to help promote your company’s involvement through public relations events.
