Anarchism -Do not believe in any sort of government or hierarchy, it should all be organized in a voluntary fashion and without force -Many forms /types • Political • Religious • Theoretical • Applied -Each slightly different, but all are around the same idea
Anarchism Continued -Fawcett supports anarchism because he doesn’t trust authority and questions the way society is being run in the modern day of a superior group making laws society must follow. “I don’t trust any authority, and that is my problem.” (pg 13) “There are structural reasons to distrust any and all authority, or at least to subject it to an going process of interrogation.” (pg 99)

Writing Style of Brian Fawcett. • Fawcett published seven poetry books before he started writing novels. • His novels are based on history and the major life changing events that took place. He writes about these events because he wants us, the readers to know what all we’ve faced as a Global Village. • In one of his interviews he was asked that how does he comes up with the ideas he writes about to this, he answered by saying that he is just a situationist and while writing he thinks about solving the problems the world faces. • Upon asking what led him to writing he said that a dead cat, curiosity and the need to find out why people try to let down one another.
He also mentioned that reading and smoking inspires him while writing a book. • Fawcett works on many books at the same time so, he notes down his ideas on different colour papers. • It’s sometimes difficult for him to come up with ideas but otherwise he has a lot of things to write about. • Fawcett believes that it is important to have two minds work on a particular work so that it can be made sure that everything is perfect. • He believes that he is not a very good writer. So, in order to make sure his writing is perfect, he rethinks and edits his drafts around 40 times. • Fawcett is a good thinker so he writes in order to think and get ideas.
