  2. Air Managers Committee • Addresses tribal/state issues • Resolve issues at lower level than WRAP • Forum for information about WRAP processes, priorities, products • Forum to exchange views among states & tribes

Relationship with other Forums • Identify, Communicate Air Managers’ perspective to other WRAP Forums, Committees -“what is needed, or what to do” • Facilitate Dialogue between Air Managers and other WRAP forums and committees • Report on WRAP activities • Identify Emerging Issues • Provide a forum for discussion among air managers • Resolve state/tribal issues

State Caucus Coordinator • Overall Goal-Ensure states have tools to deliver approvable RH SIPs • Link air directors & planning staff activities • Ensure state views are known to each other • Issue and policy analysis • Advocate needs of states • Identify emerging issues • Identify needs not addressed by WRAP

  8. Tribal Caucus Coordinator • Tracking • Review workplans/projects • Policy and technical issues • Internal and external communication • Facilitate consensus decisionmaking • Identify emerging air quality issues • Recruitment

Internal Roles, Responsibilities- • AMC Co-chairs: Coordinate with other directors and air staff • Coordinators: Work directly with AMC Co-chairs on matters concerning air directors and air staff • WESTAR Exec. Dir.: Provide Administrative Supervision, Support of State Caucus Coordinator • National Tribal Environmental Council-Administrative support, work directly with Coordinator on all other issues. Assign “other tasks, as required”

  10. First Objectives • Establish good working relationships with key individuals • Prepare and update simple representation of critical milestones • Provide timely updates and analyses • Facilitate communication • Prepare policy and impact analyses • Watch WRAP progress
