Final Days…Troubleshooting • Consistently dropped connections to manager • Antenna grounded incorrectly:Chassis to Instrumentation • Losing channel data • Amplifiers shorting Vcc to GND • Replaced amplifiers • WSN 28V line noise • cRIO controls power through relays • Before relays: good power • After relays : +/- 25V swings at ~15kHz • Bug in software • Some channels still not working • Amplifiers stressed that didn’t fail completely • Some nominal impedances were reliable showing good/bad/stressed amplifiers.
