  2. Notes/Recommendations: There is a need to hold ABRAC Congress/General Assembly in order to re-organized the federation and formulate its strategic plan; Status of registration of ABRAC member primaries must be cleared/verified with CDA, SEC or BRW whether it is operating or non-operating.
