  4. رجلىﱠ... ليست نظيفة... أنا أعمل فى حقل خنازير... مثل الابن الضال My feet… are not clean... I work in a pig sty… like the prodigal son

  5. رجلىﱠ... مريضة... معوقة... لم تتحرك أكثر من 38 سنة... مثل المخلع My feet…are sick… handicapped… they have not moved for 38 years… like the paralytic by the lake

  6. رجلىﱠ...مشلولة... عاجزة... لا تستطيع الاقتراب منك... مثل المفلوج My feet…are paralyzed… impotent… They cannot come near you… like the paralytic

  7. رجلىﱠ... متعبة جداً... من طريق بئر العطش كل يوم… مثل السامرية My feet… are very tired… from walking to the well of thirst each day… like the Samaritan woman

  8. ” يا سيد… أنت تغسل رجليﱠ؟؟“ (يو6:13) Lord… يا سيد… “Lord… are you washing my feet…??” (John 13: 6)

  9. يا سيد... إن كنت أنا لا أستحق... أن أنحنى لأحل سيور حذائك... مثل يوحنا المعمدان O lord… If I am not worthy... to undo the lace of your shoes... like John the Baptist

  10. يا سيد...إن كنت لا أستحق أن أبكى على قدميك و أغسلهما بشعر رأسى مثل الخاطئة O, Lord… If I am not worthy to weep over Your feet and wipe my tears with my hair… like the sinful woman

  11. يا سيد... إن كنت أنا لا أستحق أن امسك بقدميك لكى لا تمضى عنى مثل المريمات O, Lord… If I am not worthy to touch You by the feet so that you do not depart from me like the Marys

  12. يا سيد... إن كنت لا أستحق أن تدخل تحت سقف بيتى مثل قائد المئة O, Lord… If I am not worthy that you enter under my roof with your feet… like the Roman centurion

  13. و لكن أقول لك باشتياق و باحتياج ”يا سيد ليس رجلىﱠ فقط... بل أيضا يدى و رأسى“ (يو9:13) وقلبى و عقلى و حواسى و كل أعضائى إغسلنى يارب فأبيض أكثر من الثلج But I ask you with longing and need “Lord not only my feet but also my hands and head” (John 13: 9) My heart, my mind, my senses and all my members Wash me O Lord, and I shall be whiter than snow

  14. و لكن لا أعدك يارب كثيراً... حتى لو غسلت رجلىﱠ... إنى دائما سأصير كما يجب...!!! أخاف يارب من نفسى أخاف بعدما تغسل رجلىﱠ أن أنكرك... كما أنكرك بطرس But I cannot promise you much O my God… even if you wash my feet… that I would always be as I should…!!! For Lord, I fear my own self I fear that after you have washed my feet, I would deny You… as Peter denied you

  15. أى دموع تكفى لغسل رجليك حينئذٍ... يا من غسلت رجلىﱠ بدمك... أرحمنى يارب كعظيم رحمتك... Then, no amount of tears can wash Your feet You, who washed my feet with your blood Lord in Your great mercy… have mercy on me. From Father Daoud Lamei To be continued
