UTeach Program Data shows for UTeach graduates: 92% of students who enter the program go into public school teaching. 82% of UTeach graduate hires are still teaching after five years, compared with fewer than 65%nationally. About 45% percent of UTeach graduates teach in high-needs schools.

Measurable Results In 2010, NMSI was in 9.3% of the high schools in our six states yet produced 69.5% of the increases in passing math, science and English scores. Source: College Board. NMSI program schools are in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Kentucky, Massachusetts and Virginia. Number of schools are only those that had AP Exams. Total NMSI population in program schools is approximately 10% of the 6 states’ population. 8
