  3. Required Physical • Scott & White Clinic will be doing physicals on May 17th. Cost is $20. • Registration and Payment due May 9th • Scott & White Physicals: Who, What, and Where see “additional information item #2” link on webpage • Physical Parent Letter – bring back signed with Money see “additional information item #1” link on webpage • Physical must be dated AFTER May 1st • Trainer- Vanessa Morales - (512) 943-5000 ext. 7213

Physical Packet & Paperwork • Link to the Physical Packet will be available April 28th http://www.georgetownisd.org/Domain/486 PLEASE READ ENTIRE PHYSICAL PACKET FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION You can be DONE with all your paperwork if you attend the Scott & White Clinic on May 17th! • Goal is to have all paperwork turned in BEFORE Memorial Day (May 26th)

  5. STUDENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL PACKET ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF ATHLETIC CLASS AND WILL NOT BE ISSUED EQUIPMENT

Team Sports Practice Schedule at BENOLD Football(7th– 7am)(8th – 4pm) Basketball(7th – 7am)(8th – 4pm) Cross Country (both grades – before school) Track(7th – 7am)(8th – 4pm) Tennis(7th– 4pm)(8th– 7am) Soccer(both grades – after school) *These sports have practice before school or after school*

Trying Out for Sports • Must have Physical prior to tryout, paperwork completed with catastrophic insurance fee paid turned in all completed and together. • The School Sports with tryouts, take precedent and priority over any other sport your son may be participating in. • Make arrangements and be prepared to make adjustments with practice and game schedules.

  14. 1. Game Day Shirt Last day to order is Friday, August 29th @ 12pm

  15. 2. Pre – Game Meals • After school meal from local Restaurant before game. Schlotzsky’s, Which-Wich, Thunder Cloud, etc. Cost = $ 55

  16. 3. Yard Sign (optional) $15.00 Last day to order is September 2nd

  17. 4. Practice Gear Last day to order is August 13th

  18. 5. Sweats (optional – highly recommended) $45.00 Last day to order Friday, November 14th As well as offseason.

  20. 2014-2015 Important Dates**Continue to check for these updated dates as they may change • Week of August 18th – Equipment issuing day for athletes with complete physical packets turned in and approved.(helmet, shoulder pads, lockers, etc.) • August 28th @ 6pm – Football parent meeting at the start of school • September 9th (tentative) – Football Picture Day • (Tentative) – Football products for ONLYnewcomers to GISD and/or to Benold

  21. Equipment Make Up Day Students who miss Equipment Issuing Day (Week of August 18th) • Report after school on August 25th to receive equipment • MUST have completed and approved physical packet
