  1. WT Segregant Ds * * * Figure S1. Fatty acid methyl esters of seed triacylglycerols for a wild-type segregant (WT Segregant) and transposon-tagged line 15-1699-1 (Ds). Error bars represent standard deviations for 4 biological replicates (each replicate consisted of 20 seeds). Statistically significant differences (student’s t-test, P < 0.01) between mutant and WT are marked by an asterisk. Approximately 18% and 13% decreases were observed for 18:1 and 18:3 and an ~23% increase was observed for 18:2.
