  8. Booking with us couldn’t be easier…. A provisional booking can be held for up to 14 days, to do this call 01635 588706 or email events@regencyparkhotel.co.uk. For all events a deposit of £15.00 per person is required. Parties where the number of guests exceeds 30 will be issued with a contract and a deposit of £500.00 will be required. We regret that neither deposits nor full prepayments are returnable/refundable. Payments can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS. Cheques should be made payable to Regency Park Hotel Ltd. Confirmations and deposits must be made within 14 days of your provisional booking. Full payment of the balance is due by 1st November 2020. All prices include VAT at the current rate. All pre-orders and dietary requirements are due back no later than Friday 27th November unless otherwise agreed. Please check with our events team if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. All our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts, flour etc are commonly used, Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our dishes will be free from traces of these products .If you suffer from nut or other allergies please advise prior to your event date and an alternative option can be provided. All dishes may contain ingredients not listed in the menu descriptions.
