Passenger Carrier Specific Information • SMS Intervention Thresholds are lower for passenger carriers • Passenger carriers with poor safety performance (BASICs exceeding the threshold) may receive a warning letter and/or Onsite Comprehensive Investigations only • 453 warning letters sent since national rollout in December 2010 • 3,441 investigations conducted since December 2010 FMC-CSA-10-022
