Schmitz Park Fundraising GIVE Campaign 2012/2013 Annual Goal: $168,250 Per Student Goal: $320 We need you to participate! • 100% of the proceeds go to the PTA and directly benefit your child, so every dollar counts. $320 per child covers the total amount of funds we need to raise to meet our fundraising goal for 2012/2013. You can make a one-time donation or you can give throughout the year at our three main fundraising events: GIVE Campaign, Move-a-Thon and the Auction. Please GIVE by Friday, September 28. • How do I donate? • Donate Online: • Find the GIVE Campaign link on the Schmitz Park home page or go to the PayPal “Donate” button on the GIVE Campaign page under the Fundraising section. Please complete the Donation Form so we can acknowledge your donation. • By Check: • Send a check to the front office with a completed GIVE Campaign Donation form (form can also be found on the website under the GIVE Campaign page in the Fundraising section. • Make your donation go farther! • Your donation can go even farther if you pair it with your employer matching program. Many local businesses, including Microsoft, Starbucks, Expedia, Gates Foundation and Boeing match tax-deductible contributions made by their employees. Follow the instructions on our Matching Funds Form. • Does your workplace run an annual giving/ United Way campaign? You can designate Schmitz Park PTA (or any charity) and your contributions will come directly to us out of your paycheck.
