PIE Evaluation Framework Build Initiative: Five Focus Areas of Systems Change • Context – Improving the political environment that surrounds the system so it produces the policy and funding changes needed to create and sustain improved competitive integrated employment (CIE) outcomes • Components – Establishing high-performing programs and services within the system that results in CIE outcomes for youth and young adults with I/DD • Connections – Creating strong and effective linkages across system components that further improve CIE outcomes for youth and young adults with I/DD • Infrastructure – Developing the ongoing supports systems need to function effectively and with quality • Scale or Sustainability – Ensuring a comprehensive system is available to all youth and young adults with I/DD to produce broad and inclusive CIE outcomes PIE Consortiums Coffman, J. Reporting and Lewin Deliverables • Lewin maintains an Evaluation Reporting Website to collect data • State Profiles, Semi-Annual Reports, and Outcomes and Challenges Tables aredeveloped based on state applications, semi-annual data, and state updates • Opportunity for states to review and provide feedback • Results are shared with AIDD and the YES! Center
