Make Product Equipment needed: • Clean surface • Gloves for everyone – ideally face masks and hair nets too • Sterile containers for measuring processing • Sterile spoons for measuring & stirring • 2 cup pyrex cup • Microwave • Cutter for students with block wax • Tube filler & spatula • Tubes & caps All the ingredients go into the cup and put in the microwave for 2 mins, stir and put in the microwave in 30 sec. spurts until all the ingredients are melted. DO NOT BOIL!

  27. Test Batch • After melting, drop a few drops of the mixture onto some waxed paper & after it cools in about 3 minutes, have the team try it and decide if it’s the right consistency • Put in photo and each person’s opinion and overall decision to correct or not
