Under the turnkey contract with Reliance Sasan Power, Cryogas will install complete system, which will store LNG, saturate and pump saturated LNG by using state of art LNG dispenser into mining dumper trucks.   2. Courtesy : Cryogas equipment Pvt Ltd – Shop Picture (A)(B) (C) (A) LNG Saturation Skid Sub cooled LNG is saturated before it is filled into the fuel tank installed on board the mining truck. This ensures that during rugged transportation pressure inside the on board LNG fuel tank pressure will not collapse due to splashing of LNG. (B)LNG dispensing pump skid ensures timely and quick refilling of on-board LNG fuel tanks. Approximate re-filling time considered is between 3-4 minutes. (C)LNG dispenser has been designed with fool proof safety, flow measurement and soft touch control panel &utmost user friendly orientations. The complete system was tried and tested using Liquid Nitrogen @ -196 degc in Cryogas Workshop before despatch to the customer.
