  4. Working process – milestone 1 - 5 • 3 parallell working groups • Forestry Industrial Complex • Mining Industrial Complex • Offshore Oil & Gas • with minimum 2 Russian regions in each group and one region from each Nordic country in each group

  10. Working process – milestone 3 • Outputs: • Relevant information compiled and made available to all relevant parties with regard to the sub-project

  11. Working process – milestone 4 • Faciltitating communication between internal and external decision-makers of relevance to the sub-projects

  12. Working process – milestone 4 • Outputs: • Letter of Intent signed • Agreement between key partners regarding implementation • SWOT-analysis regarding industrial cross-border cooperation (to be reported to WP 1)

  14. Working process – milestone 5 • Outputs: • Implementation of sub-projects • SWOT-analysis re the regional industrial potential and development • Strategic programme for industrial cross-border co-operation ( to be reported to WP 1)

  15. Industrial cross-border cooperation • Major industrial partners form the core of the sub-projects • SME:s are invited to join as sub-suppliers or sub-contactors • Special attention is given the long-term need to improve the service sector
