  2. Science is something you can… Know, Test, Prove, and reproduce. It’s based on EMPIRICAL evidence It is IMPOSSIBLE to have EMPIRICAL evidence for evolution so it is NOT science!!!!

  3. Last week we looked at the gap theory…

  4. Genesis 1:1-2 1 In the beginning God created the sky and the earth. 2 The earth was empty and had no form. Darkness covered the ocean, and God's Spirit was moving over the water. NCV Millions or Billions of years.

  5. Problems with the gap theory It was thought up in 1814 Violates scriptures Genesis 1:5, 2:2-3, Exodus 20:11, Hebrews 4:4 others It puts death before original sin Genesis 1:31 Genesis 3 It has satan fall before day 7 If God used evolution, what about all the other verses saying God made it??

  6. The gap theory is unbiblical, unscientific, and TOTALLY Unnecessary!!

  7. And we looked at the day-age theory… This is where the word “day” could mean a thousand years or more.

  8. The Bible is very clear that the creation days talked about in Genesis, were literal 24 hour days just like we know them.

  9. Exodus 20:11 The reason is that in six daysthe Lord made everything - the sky, the earth, the sea, and everything in them. On the seventh day He rested.

  10. And we looked at how long men used to live…did men used to live to be over 900 years old?? Is that even possible?? Yes!!

  11. I believe originally there was a layer of water above the air. This is called the canopy theory, and this layer of water would make INCREDIBLE CHANGES!!! in our world!!!!

  12. Psalms 148:4 Praise Him, highest Heavens and you waters above the sky.

  13. Genesis 1:6 Then God said, Let there be something to divide the water in two. So God made some of the water above the air and some below it.

  14. If there were a canopy of water above the earth…. 1. The air pressure would be much greater 2. The oxygen level would be much greater 3. The temperature would be mild & even 4. There would be no rain or storms 5. It would filter out X-ray and UV and other harmful radiation

  15. Under those conditions, people and animals could breathe much easier, heal much faster, run farther, grow MUCH larger and live MUCH longer!!

  16. Human thigh bone This person would have been over 15ft. tall!!!

  17. So why don’t you hear about these? Because it would totally upset the theory that life started out as single cells and have gotten bigger and better…. Remember the evolution of the horse?? just the opposite of what the Bible teaches… man was perfect and is getting worse. Remember everything about evolution is opposite of what God says.

  18. Genesis 6:4 There were giants in the earth in those days… So this week, let’s look at some other giants… dinosaurs!!

  19. But before we do, what is a Prehistoric animal?? There is NO such thing!!

  20. Prehistoric means pre-history or before history… We have history from the beginning…the Bible!!! Genesis 1:1 says “in the beginning, God…”

  21. Webster’s dictionary from 1860 does not have the word prehistoric in it!! The word was invented when evolution became popular.

  22. How do we know we have all of earth’s history written in the Bible? Here is one way…Adam was the first man Lamech was Noah’s father, and he was alive at the same time Adam was! Shem was Noah’s son, so Shem and Noah would have listened and learned from Lamech, their dad/grandpa, all about the FIRST man…that he could possibly have PERSONALLY KNOWN!!

  23. And why is it that there are NO historical writings (not just the Bible) older than about 5000-6000 years old?? An evolutionist would say there are no writings, but there ARE artifacts and cave drawings much older than this! Only IF you believe in the dating methods used… and we already talked about how UNRELIABLE those are!!!

  24. One of the methods used to date cave drawings was by measuring how long the stalactites were that had grown over them. Just like we talked about in a previous lesson….that is about as INACCURATE as you can get!!! Now, let’s look at some HUGE animals!

These fossils have been found… Dragonfly with a 50 in. wingspan Cockroaches 18 in. long Centipede 8.5 feet long Grasshoppers 2 feet long Donkey 9 feet tall at the shoulder Buffalo horns with a 12 foot span Beavers 8 feet long Sharks 80 feet long Turtles 8 feet around And lizards grew to be HUGE too!!!

  27. So, if in these conditions, animals would grow MUCH bigger, could there have been animals as big as dinosaurs?? YES!!

  28. But before we talk about how large dinosaurs could be, let’s talk about how big some were… Not all dinosaurs were huge!! Many were the size of dogs or even smaller!! They ranged in weight from 4 lbs to 160,000 lbs. !!!

  29. Fossil’s can’t prove evolution, or age… But fossil’s can prove size and basic shape of animals.

  30. Does the Bible mention dinosaurs?? Yes 35 times, but they were not called dinosaurs (remember, the word dinosaur was not even invented until 1841)

  31. One of the names dinosaurs have been called throughout history is dragons. In the Bible they are called Behemoth or Leviathan.

  32. Evolutionists (and even some Bibles in the footnotes) will say the Bible’s behemoth is just a elephant or rhinoceros… Let’s see….

  33. Job 40:15 It eats grass like an ox

  34. Job 40:16 It’s stomach is powerful

  35. Job 40:18 It’s legs are like bars of iron

  36. Job 40:17 It’s tail is like a cedar tree

  37. What about fire breathing dragons… did they exist??

  38. Job 41:12-21 "I will speak about Leviathan's arms and legs, its great strength and well-formed body. No one can tear off its outer hide or poke through its double armor. next…

  39. No one can force open its great jaws; they are filled with frightening teeth. It has rows of shields on its back that are tightly sealed together. Each shield is so close to the next one that no air can go between them. next…

  40. They are joined strongly to one another; they hold on to each other and cannot be separated. next…

  41. When it snorts, flashes of light are thrown out, and its eyes look like the light at dawn. Flames blaze from its mouth; sparks of fire shoot out. Smoke pours out of its nose, as if coming from a large pot over a hot fire. Its breath sets coals on fire, and flames come out of its mouth.

  42. Is it possible that fire breathing dragons existed? Yes!

  43. What would it take to have a fire breathing animal?? Two things…. 1. A fuel source 2. An ignition source

  44. Fuel is easy… LOTS of animals (including humans) produce flammable gases!!! Some animals like cows produce LOTS and LOTS of methane gas….highly flammable!!

  45. What about an ignition source? That is not difficult either! Electric eels can produce up to 650 volts of electricity!!! MORE than enough to spark methane on fire!!! There are some chemicals that can be combined and will spontaneously combust, so it is not a stretch of the imagination to think an animal could have those chemicals. Lightning bugs (or firefly's) can produce light by a type of chemical reaction called bioluminescence.

  46. The Bombardier Beetle is another example of an animal that can combine 2 chemicals in their body to produce a chemical reaction. The 2 chemicals in the beetle combine and create enough heat to boil water and build enough pressure to explosively spray a burning liquid that can be fatal to attacking insects and small creatures. The mixing chamber in the beetle is SO sophisticated that NASA has actually copied it for their jet engines!!

  47. The defense mechanism in the Bombardier Beetle could NOT have formed by slow gradual evolution. Getting it wrong even once could be deadly!! This is obviously DESIGNED by a CREATOR!!

  48. What about sea monsters?
