ICT as an integral part of our strategy Development of Client Portal • Identifying the needs of the exhibitors through 20 in depth interviews with clients • Cooperation with 7 external companies in order to develop the Client Portal Delivery from concept to hard launch (4 exhibitions / 500 exhibitors) in 6 months between March and September 2008
The Client Portal = • A single point of entry for all VNU Exhibition clients. • A central online hub where marketing, sales and organizational tools and information are combined. • The fastest route to measurability and improved ROI for our exhibitors.
