Aims • The objectives of the partnership are to support disadvantaged adults through the establishment of an innovative platform/forum for adult peer support in which current and past learners will be the driving force to influence, support and guide new participants and steer the production of relevant materials.

  3. Step 1 The project team was formed and tasks shared: • Angela Sava– coordonator, • TeodoraRuginosu, • Alexandru Sava, • OanaIchim, • RazvanRuginosu, • Emanoil Sava, • Marie VictoirePislaru, • DoinaPartenie

  4. Local Aims • To form TG: • 15 hours face to face interaction/ discussions • 2 months online mentoring on diverse themes of interest • evaluation meeting • 3 months online mentoring on diverse themes of interest • evaluation meeting

  5. Actions Selection of TG: - The project team has established criteria that will be used in the selection process; - The information about selection has been posted on FormareStudia web site; • The selection will end in november according with the project application.

  7. How will we do that? • The project team will prepare and deliver a training course for TG (20 hours) • Thematic of the training course: • - CASPAN presentation. Ice breaking and bonding games; • How to organize / how to run a meeting; • How to produce materials for adults; • - Motivation and maintaining interest in adult learning; • - Themes of interest for adults; • - Organizing the Online work.

  8. Volunteers tasks • To participate to the meetings with the project team; • To conduct their meetings; • To create the platform; • To make platform work; • To invite friends to access the platform; • To produce materials.

How will we measure if we have reached our aims? • The project team will monitor the quality of the activities with the TG: • will validate the themes and materials prepared by the TG; • will validate the themes for the discussion platform; • Focus group/discussions with the TG; • Questionnaires applied to TG.

  10. Platform work http://www.e-learninghost.com/ • One volunteer will create the platform. • 5 other will launch a theme that will be debated on the platform for a month. That volunteer is responsible for activities that month. • After the first 2 months the 2 volunteers that have been active on the platform will meet with staff for conclusions. • After the other 3 months of activities on the platform we will meet again for conclusions.

  11. Expected results • 6 of the volunteers will participate in project meetings and will develop new competences; • Volunteers will develop new perspectives; • The partnership will create new friendships and together we will grow more and more.
