  2. O V E R V I E W Your education at Loenbro is totally focused on the skills needed to gain an in- demand career in welding in just six to 12 weeks. What began in 2012 as TeachOut, Inc., in Rapid City, South Dakota, was bought by Loenbro, Inc., in 2016 and renamed Loenbro Technical Institute.

  3. A B O U T U S Loenbro programs Loenbro Technical Institute is a state-of-the-art facility in downtown Rapid City, designed to mimic the work environments you’ll encounter on the job. The facility includes a lab with dedicated welding booths and prep areas, as well as office and classroom space. When you’re not training, you can take advantage of the great restaurants and shops, as well as the many opportunities the region offers to outdoor enthusiasts.

At Loenbro, you’ll earn 10 professional welding certifications in a commercial and industrial pipe and structural welding, and manufacture welding: WELDING TECH I AND II (AWS D1.1): GMAW 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G AND SMAW 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G WELDING TECH III AND IV: ASME B 31.3 SECTION IX AND API 1104 BUTT AND BRANCH

  5. In addition to offering an outstanding welding program, Loenbro has expanded its course and program offerings to include: Electrical training A Facilities Maintenance Technician program Pipeline Safety Leadership training
