PROJECT OVERVIEW The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consulting engineer to provide design and permit services, and possible construction administration and inspection (CA&I) services for the infrastructure development at Well #278. This well is located at 4902 E. Ashler Hills Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. The well water has high levels of arsenic which will require an arsenic treatment system to be constructed with this well. The estimated construction cost for the above-ground infrastructure is $3,500,000.

PROJECT OVERVIEW The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consulting engineer to provide design and permit services, and possible construction administration and inspection services for the infrastructure development at ASR Well 301. This well is located at 16820 N. 47th Avenue. The well water has high levels of arsenic which will require an arsenic treatment system to be constructed as part of the project.

CM@R SERVICES The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design phase assistance and complete construction services for the infrastructure development at ASR Well 278 located at 4902 E. Ashler Hills Drive and water supply Well 301 located at 16820 N. 47th Avenue. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the design engineers and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The estimated construction cost is $3.5 million for both sites.

  11. SBE GOALS FOR CONSTRUCTION WILL BE ESTABLISHED WHEN THE DESIGN PHASE OF EACH PROJECT HAS REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION.

  12. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Closing date: November 14, 2016 • Six (6) copies and Maximum of 12 pages • Paper must be 8.5 x 11 and Font no smaller than 10 point • All pages containing information responding to evaluation criteria count towards the page count—front and back of pages, project photos, charts, graphs and resumes. • Drop off solicitations on or before closing date • Address SOQs to: City of Phoenix Kini L.E. Knudson, PE, City Engineer 200 W. Washington Street, 6th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003-1611 c/o Donna Wiltshire, Contract Specialist • Deposit on the 6th Floor of City Hall. Place submittals in the depository located in the reception area on the 6th Floor , Phoenix City Hall.
