鹅 口 疮. Thrush. 概念 Concept. 鹅口疮是由于小儿口腔、舌上布满白屑，状如鹅口，故称 “ 鹅口疮 ” ；又因其色白如雪片，故又称 “ 雪口 ” 。多发于婴幼儿。. 病因病机. 本病是由于 心脾积热 ； 虚火上炎 ，久病久泻，身体虚弱， 阴虚阳亢 ，虚火上浮，白屑积于口舌而致。. 临床表现 Clinical Manifestations. 1 ． 心脾积热 ：口腔、舌面满布白屑，周围红赤，面赤唇红，烦躁不宁而啼哭，口干或渴，大便秘结，小便短黄，舌质红，脉滑数，指纹紫红。.

  1. 鹅 口 疮 Thrush

  2. 概念 Concept • 鹅口疮是由于小儿口腔、舌上布满白屑，状如鹅口，故称“鹅口疮”；又因其色白如雪片，故又称“雪口”。多发于婴幼儿。

  3. 病因病机 • 本病是由于心脾积热；虚火上炎，久病久泻，身体虚弱，阴虚阳亢，虚火上浮，白屑积于口舌而致。

  4. 临床表现Clinical Manifestations • 1．心脾积热：口腔、舌面满布白屑，周围红赤，面赤唇红，烦躁不宁而啼哭，口干或渴，大便秘结，小便短黄，舌质红，脉滑数，指纹紫红。

  5. 2．虚火上炎：口腔、舌面白屑稀疏，周围红晕不著，或口舌糜烂，形体消瘦，面白颧红，神气困乏，口干不渴，小便黄赤，舌嫩红，脉细，指纹淡红。2．虚火上炎：口腔、舌面白屑稀疏，周围红晕不著，或口舌糜烂，形体消瘦，面白颧红，神气困乏，口干不渴，小便黄赤，舌嫩红，脉细，指纹淡红。

  6. 治疗 Treatment • 1．心脾积热：清解心脾积热。 处方：清心经、清补脾经、清板门、揉小天心、掐揉小横纹、掐揉四横纹、揉总筋、清天河水、退六腑、摩腹(泻法)、推下七节骨。

  7. 2．虚火上炎：滋补脾肾，引火归元。 处方：补肾经、揉二马、掐揉小横纹、揉肾纹、水底捞明月、清天河水、揉涌泉。

  8. 预防Precaution与护理nursing • 1．乳母不宜过食辛热、炙烤及酸辣刺激食品。 • 2．注意保持小儿口腔洁，防止口腔黏膜破损，餐具应煮沸消毒，避免感染。 • 3．体质虚弱之小儿，应注意营养和护理。
