Scheduling Online Meetings • Users can schedule Lync meetings through Outlook using the Lync Outlook plug-in. • The Outlook plug-in is included as part of Lync client installation. • No Outlook Web App scheduling capability is available at Office 365 GA. • A web scheduler is planned for late 2011. • Outlook delegation is supported for scheduling for online meetings • It is possible to append custom text to meetings invites using by the Exchange admin • The original meeting invitation text cannot be customized
