Program Overview • Program Goals: • Provide SMA exposure to project and instrument managers through rotational assignments in the SMA Directorate (Code 300) • Foster collaboration between Flight Projects, AETD and SMA Directorates • Program Methodology: Similar to ongoing JPL and SELDP programs, the program will include developmental assignments within Code 300 supporting flight projects, instruments and launch operations • Target Participants: Flight project/instrument/systems managers and engineers • Program Advisory Board Members: Maria So (Chair), Rob Sticka (Co-Chair), PradeepSinha (Program Manager), Eric Isaac, Mike Delmont, Mike Kelly, Cindy Fryer, Mark Goans, John Wolfgang and Ed Amatucci • Management Commitment: Have agreement between Director’s of for detailing Project/Instrument/Systems Managers in Code 300
