New Legislation 2011 / 2012 • From the first page of chapter 10 in your text, it refers to OLD legislation The OHS Act and Regulation. • This legislation is now superseded, although there is some transitional arrangements in place by WorkCover NSW. • Cross out from page 1 to 4, and at the end of page 4. New Legislation • OH&S has now been replaced with WHS and the current legislation is as follows. • Work Health and Safety Act 2011 • Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 • Access to these regulations can be obtained through http://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au • You will see a link to the Act on the right hand side • As a introduction to these changes add the following documents to your text Cert IV - M.
