  1. Adverbios An adverb is a word that modifies a verb, an adjective or another adverb. Common adverbs in Spanish are: muy, ayer, siempre, después mucho, bien, mal, tarde, temprano, a veces, etc.

  2. You can make most adjectives into adverbs by adding – • mente to the adjective • 2. If an adjective ends in -o, change the -o to -a then add mente • If an adjective has an accent mark, the adverb retains it
