Tropical Storm Maria, which formed on Wednesday (Sept 7th ) is forecast to pass north of Puerto Rico on Sept. 11 and continue moving towards the eastern USA, possibly drenching Florida
A tropical storm watch is in effect for Antigua, Anguilla, Barbuda, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saba, St Barthelemy, St Marteen, St Maartin, and St. Eustatius
2011’s FOURTEENTH STORM TROPICAL STORM NATE FORMED ON SEPTEMBER 8th
SEPTEMBER 8:At present, we have 3 named storms. 1) Hurricane Katia will continue to move north between Bermuda and North Carolina, but will not threaten land.
SEPTEMBER 8 (continued):2) Tropical Storm Maria will approach the Caribbean by the weekend, and 3)Tropical Storm Nate will affect the southwestern portion of the Gulf of Mexico
