OBJECTIVES:- The Society is to function as an autonomous body with the broad objective of reducing the transmission of tuberculosis as well as mortality and morbidity of the disease.In achieving this, the society will coordinate with Govt.of U.P.and Govt of India and assist in bringing about improvement and expansion of T.B.Control Services in the State,both in Public and Private Sector through range of NGOs.It will also seek to introduce and reinforce technologies and programmatic innovations,leading to improved knowledge of attitudes towards-and avail the modern T.B.Control facilities by targeted population.
