  4. SQUARE A quadrilateral with four equal sides and four right angles. Opposite sides are parallel.

  5. RECTANGLE A quadrilateral with four right angles and two pair of opposite equal parallel sides.

  6. TRIANGLE A polygon with three angles and three sides.

  7. PENTAGON A polygon with five sides.

  8. HEXAGON A polygon with six sides. It has three pairs of parallel sides.

  9. OCTAGON A polygon with eight sides. It has 4 pairs of parallel sides.

  10. RHOMBUS A parallelogram with four equal sides and opposite equal angles.
