  1. Board of Directors Training by LBTC Board directors are independence, passion and perspective, the effective discharge of their fiduciary duties - of care, loyalty and good faith. Responsibilities of the Board of Directors are as follows 1.Most important functions of the board of directors are Recruiting, supervising, retaining, evaluating and compensating the CEO or general manager. 2.Provide best direction for the organization. Also providing the vision, mission and goals of the organization. 3.The board of directors has a monitor and control function. The board has authority of the auditing process and hires the auditor.
