  3. cisco commerce workspace Where We’ve Been… • Cisco Commerce Workspace (formerly PDR) provides a common, collaborative workspace for Cisco and our partners to manage opportunities. By consolidating processes and tools, Commerce Workspace allows partners to register deals, to create quotes, to collaborate with Cisco and to access promotional and special pricing all from one place. • Today, more than 26,000 worldwide Partner users are using Cisco Commerce Workspace to access and manage Cisco opportunities. The platform is localized into 16 different languages. Commerce Workspace also allows partners to work collaboratively on opportunities with the Cisco field sales teams • Cisco Commerce Workspace will provide one integrated, streamlined, and simplified commerce experience that allows Partners to quote, configure and price products, software and related service, and submit orders from one platform • Cisco seeks to continually add functionality, programs, promotions and capabilities to Cisco Commerce Workspace in order to align with our Partners’ business needs Where We’re Going…

These quotes can be shared collaboratively with the partner, eliminating the need to email back and forth • Bi-directional Quote Collaboration: Cisco sales and engineering teams can collaborate with you on all quotes and opportunities • Service Attach: An additional option for you to attach services to products at the line level will be available during quote creation. • Configuration and Order: The combination of deal registration, configuration, quote and order in onecommon workplace will allow US/Canada 1-tier partners to use the end-to-end functionality of Cisco Commerce Workspace. (Phased deployment over 3 quarters. Deployment in all other theaters to follow.)
