Long John Silver’s Names New Senior Director of Development & Real Estate Leigh Ann VanDam brings more than a Decade of Experience to the position at the nation’s largest quick-service seafood company LOUISVILLE, Ky. July 13, 2016 Long John Silver’s, the nation’s largest quick- service seafood chain, recently appointed Leigh Ann VanDam as Senior Director of Development and Real Estate. VanDam has extensive experience in global brand development in the retail food industry. She joined the Long John Silver’s team early this summer and reports to Brian Unger, Chief Operating Officer. In this role, VanDam will play a key role in domestic and international development strategies for the company. “Long John Silver’s is an iconic American brand and we are tasked with continuing the great traditions as well as sustaining growth,” said Unger. “Leigh Ann will play an important part in the growth of this brand.”
Previously, VanDam worked for Taco Bell Corp. and Yum! Brands. Over the course of a decade, she served as an Associate Design Architect, Remodel Architect and finally Brand Architect.
