Face Painting – 2 volunteers Pumpkin bucket game – 2 volunteers Craft area – 2 volunteers Small pumpkin decorating – 2 volunteers Cookie decorating – 2 volunteers Coloring book area – no volunteer needed Video playing Charlie Brown – Great Pumpkin Ghost toss game – 2 volunteers needed Make mom a Halloween card – 1 volunteer needed Haybale picture taking area – 1 volunteer needed Decoration Ghouls Team Refreshment goblins needed Costume closet organizers We are looking for items to be donated by hotels: Sliced Fruit tray – for 40 people Veggie platter with dip – for 40 people 40 Pumpkin/bat cookies with icing/sprinkles for children to decorate Apple cider for 40 Small bottled waters 40 Trick or Treat bags or orange plastic pumpkins Bags of candy Small Halloween prizes for both games (spider rings, etc) 40 popcorn balls 40 carmel apples, wrapped – no nuts 60 Halloween plates, napkins, cups Various decorations for room – hanging and for the walls Please let Jennifer Chase know if you can assist and/or if you can donate an item
