Issue: • Preparing an institution for regional, national and state accreditation in a short amount of time, limited resources, and bringing stakeholders on board. • Regionalized – geographically and in practice • Structural tension – who’s in charge? • K-12 mentality – necessary for the community we serve, not aligned with Higher Ed thinking
