  33. Finsys : Key Members M L Gupta Chairman M L Gupta, FCA, MAC, Founder, has over 43 years of experience in the industry and practice. He founded MLG Group at New Delhi, India, in the year 1987. Being a Topper from his Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi (SRCC), he was also an All-India Rank Holder in his CA-Inter as well as CA-Final. Prior to launching Finsys, he worked at various organizations such as IBM and Unilever India (then., called as Hindustan Level Limited) on the IBM Mainframes , even before , P.C.’s were invented. Worked on Programming in 1980’s, with Companies even having their Dividend Warrants being printed on Software's designed by him His career took a new turn as he launched Finsys in 1991-92. An entrepreneur with a passion for information Technology, MLG took up the challenges of the IT world and Catering to a wide range of clients from Engineering, Chemicals, FMCG, etc… MLG along with Mr PKG and Mr SB usually finalises the overall systems architecture. His invaluable experience supports designing and implementing of new systems, so as to generate reliable Financial and non financial MIS reports effectively and expeditiously.. The future is coming closer.

  34. Finsys : Key Members Sangeet Kr GuptaDirector Sangeet, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), and also Cost Accountant (from ICWA), PGDMM, and B.Com (H) from Delhi University. Managing the ERP Software line for 16 years now Sangeet has in-depth knowledge and experience on what makes or mars ERP implementations. He is also doing DISA – specialised Course in Information Systems Audit. Over the years, Sangeet has built his career catering to a broad range of clients from MNCs, Indian Corporate Houses and Public Sector. Attending programmers and workshops on Business planning and strategy, supply chain management, policy formation, cost reduction, IT management, financial planning, Sangeet has kept himself abreast of management know-how to handle the expansion and growth of the organization. He takes care of the Communications between the Client and FINSYS. Responsible for the Systems Analysis, and rigorous Testing of the System. Sangeet is also an eminent Consultant. A Chartered Accountant, who is also a APGDCA, and PGDMM, Commerce graduate and a trained professional from Aptech with his invaluable experience and his acumen in Software Development , he is an invaluable asset to Finsys. Puneet’s career has seen and catered to a broad range of clients from MNCs, Indian Corporate Houses and Public Sector .He is involved in both Implementation and Development offices. His contribution to Finsys has been an all round impact on the expansion and in setting newer heights for the organization In Short, he in the technical brain of the Finsys ERP.

Finsys : Key Members Sunil BediVice President – Operations A commerce graduate with post-graduation in Business Management, Sunil Bedi has in-depth experience in “Change Management” ranging from Pushing the ERP Implementation to Convincing the users. Currently he heads Finsys Client Servicing Team that deals with Post Go Live Support, Phase Two Implementations and AMC’s. Mr Sunil has had successful stints with large corporate, wherein he was overseeing Liaison of the business processes. An avid sports buff, Mr Sunil has been part of the company ever since inception of Okhla Office and in his own words there has been nothing as exciting, as being on his own.

Finsys : Key Members Sanjay BansalGeneral Manager – Implementations Sanjay is an MBA with experience over 14 years in Finance, and also controlling the Plant PPC and Production, Stores, and Logistics domain, During his career , he has worked with some of the highly respected organizationsin segments like Foundries, and Machine shops. . In his last assignment as General Manager (Plant) with a large Foundry in NCR Delhi, he was primarily responsible for PPC Planning, Stores , Purchases and also interaction with Finance. Besides spear-heading the ERP Implementations, he also was missionary for Total Quality and Performance Management initiatives in many of the organisations he has worked with and been driver of Corporate planning process.
