Past Efforts Rural Public Transportation Coordination Assistance Program (RPTCAP) “RPTCAP … is intended to foster the integration of existing public and human service transportation funds, services and resources into a unified service under the management and control of a single operator of passenger transportation in selected counties”

Selection of a Coordination Steering Committee The Coordination Steering Committee will meet to discuss plan development, develop policy, and prepare timelines for implementation. All other members of this task force need not attend meetings, but would receive minutes, asked for input as required, and be kept apprised of plan development.
