  3. “It has brought more cohesiveness among the board and the affiliates. A chartering committee was established involving board and affiliate members. The chartering process has engaged board and affiliate members that had not been engaged and has brought much interaction and excitement to NAMI Kentucky.”

  4. “Our big lesson so far is that we have to communicate, communicate, communicate. When we can harness our energy in one direction, we're unstoppable. We have to show commitment to the process and an unflagging belief that NAMI - throughout Illinois - will come through this better than ever.”

  15. Who does what? NAMIprovides tools, resources, support and technical assistance to the State Organization in the re-affiliation effort

  16. Who does what? NAMI State Organization provides support to the Affiliates; reviews documentation; formally endorses Affiliate to NAMI

  17. Who does what? NAMI reviews endorsement and formally re-affiliates with the Affiliate
