Background • 1995 Village of Erin Class EA – Sewage Works Study • 2003 Nov. – Town approves Official Plan, expands UAB to include 300ac at 1.25units/ac • 2004 Dec. – County of Wellington approves Town Official Plan • with condition to undertake SSMP • 2005 Greenbelt Plan, Places To Grow and PPS Update

  4. Background • 2008 SSMP Commissioned to BMROSS • 2009 County OP Conformity with Growth Plan targeting 6.5 units/acre • 2012 Town OP Conformity with Growth Plan • 2013 SSMP completed • Next Steps – Municipal Class EA
