AWGA Online Database Club Access Instructions
Step 1 • Go to www.awga.org • Click on Find Courses & Clubs
Step 2 • Click on Club Administrator link
Step 3 • Enter Club username into box
Step 4 • Enter Club password into box
Step 5 • After initial login, the website may require you to change the password • Create the new password and verify
Step 6 • In this screen, you may choose to edit the club information • To do this, click on Edit Club Info
Step 7 • Make any changes that are needed in this table
Step 8 • When done making changes, click the Save This Form Data button
Step 9 • At the bottom, you may change the club officer’s information by clicking on the name next to the corresponding title
Step 10 • Enter club officer’s information into the table
Step 11 • You may choose whether or not to display the information, however, make sure the information is updated either way, as it is the AWGA’s official record for your club.
Step 12 • From this screen, users may get to the club and course information by either searching or selecting from a pull down menu
Step 13 • In this case, the user selected the course and may view its information and the information of any clubs attached to it
Step 14 • Any clubs playing at the selected course will be displayed with the information you have provided
