First Year Students Residential Complexes The rooms in these areas have phone, cable television, and high speed internet access. The basements in each Complex have laundry facilities, study lounges, and multipurpose rooms for student use.
First Year Students Hawk Hall This residence is organized around theme communities where students live among others that share their interests in several Residential Learning Communities (RLC). These RLC’s include: Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (WISET), Wellness, Emerging Leaders, Community Service, Destinations, Environmental Awareness, Honors & Hawk Spirit.
Second Year Students Regents Park Designed as a suite-style facility, each suite includes a living room and snack/dining area. There is wall to wall carpeting in all rooms. Lounges for studying and social use as well as laundry facilities are available on the second floor.
Third & Fourth Year Students The Village Apartments Grouped in clusters, each with its own unique courtyard, the apartments consist of one, two or three bedrooms, accommodating two, four or six students. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and one, two or three bedrooms. Park River Apartments Park River Apartments consists of apartment style living for 3rd or 4th year students. Each unit is complete with full size bathroom, kitchen including a refrigerator & dish washer.

GRADUATE APPLICATION PROCEDURES • Sure Admit Profile – Students presenting an academic record with grades of a, “B,” average or better, 85% out of 100, 3.0 out of 4.0 and the required test scores will be offered admission to the University. =============================================================================== • Step One: Application Form:Please complete the International student application. On line preferred • Step Two: Credential Evaluation by WES – Academic Records/Transcripts must be evaluated by WES on a course-by-course basis. • Step Three: Application fee: $45 application fee waived once WES evaluation received. Students applying The Hartt School are still responsible for a $35 audition fee.

GRADUATE APPLICATION PROCEDURES • Step Six Recommendations: Two recommendations from academic or professional sources. Please insure that your name and current address are clearly stated on the cover page of the letter. • Step Seven Letter of Intent: A one or two page typed letter describing your professional and career goals and how you expect graduate study to help you achieve these goals. • Step Eight Resume: Please note the length of time in your current position, the number of people you supervise(if applicable), and your current salary. This information will be used only to help profile our student body and will be kept in the strictest of confidence. • Processing Time: 4-5 weeks once application becomes complete.
